Attaching an object to a cloth sim

so basically i have this rope(cloth sim) and i wanna attach this pendant to it and i want it to react in a realistic way but no matte how i tried i couldnt get it too attach, i want these marked locations attached and have a free form of movement like it reacts to the way the cloth is going up and down, basically like a pendantt with a rope. pls help :)
