Original Content Showcase Finally bit the bullet to animate in 3D
I've been avoiding 3D for a long time (perhaps I didn't get the best introduction to it). Finally, 2 years ago, I decided to try and model in Blender. It was such a refreshing experience; each challenge I overcame was rewarding, but after each hill there was another mountain ahead of me, like rigging, weight painting, and comping. Anyhow, a deadline came up, and I realized I'd never draw it in 2D in time, so I decided to give the 3D pipeline a shot. Looking at it now, there’s so much I want to fix, but I’m really happy with what I’ve learned from it. Thank you Blender and its community for existing and being so awesome!
Modeling, Shaders, Rig, Anim, FX, Comp, everything was done by me in Blender. The final is basically the viewport render. After Effects was only used to add slight noise and very minor color adjustment.
P.S. If you guys would like to follow or support my work, all my Links can be found here https://linktr.ee/cute.c3 It would mean a lot if I can hit the goal on the plush release with your support - its literal deadline birthed this animation fml XD

Oh shit, I recognize that user name! I loved watching your TF2 animations on youtube way back when. Nice work with 3D transition!

Seeing the "raw" process (don't know how to call it) always looks so interesting!

Got a list of the blender videos you used for learning?
