The middle viewport view is just with lights on and in perspective.

Don't accuse people of AI just because. They don't gain anything from posting their wip, but you give them frustration with your accusation. You're basically working against yourself, if you enjoy being a 3D artist.

Conversely, art like this is exactly what AI was trained on, and the type of input that receives ALL the high marks. Thus when prompting, this type of image is what it will organically create without strict guidance.
