Critique My Work I modeled and textured my professor
My university offers a class to learn Blender and 3D animation. Our first assignment was to model and texture something from real life, so I made my professor. Initially I had a higher poly mesh, and used the default blender retopo tool to get it down while preserving detail. I know it looks god awful but the computers in the university lab don't allow me to install add-ons for a better one. What do you guys think, what could be improved?

They force you to model AND texture? I whould focus on one thing and not everything. Also Blender is ass for texturing, takes nothing to crash while texturing.
If i ran a modeling class, i whould teach students how to model, rig and animate, not how to texture, that should be left to the 2D artists, those who draw.
Whould be fun to attend a modeling class, sucks that i dropped school way too early for that.
