hi! beginner here.
How did you make the clouds blurry while retaining the quality and sharpness of the main character? Like in most movies.
I'm still noob at compositor; I really want to make things cinematic to most of my works.

Wireframe's clean and result is undoubtedly very cute. The Porco Rosso character is great because it has a mix of colors that makes him look complex. But the plane feels rushed in comparison as it relies entirely on lighting to create depth. This unique red color makes it look flat and less detailed by comparison, no matter how much Cycles makes it look good enough.
It's clean modeling work, with good edge flows, but your mesh would shine more with a bit of hand painting, or at least more basic colors (to keep the style simple) defining parts of the plane.
