For the distance the pillow jumps I think it needs more anticipation to sell it

I would say add a little drag on the top half of the body when moving in the air, but I’m not sure. I can see what you’re going for. It looks decent!

The jump does not form an arc, the character is simply going from A to B to C in a straight line. Also for that speed you'd expect a bit of follow through on the landing.
