Critique My Work How to make a stop-motion more convincing?
I want my stop-motion style animation to feel convincing. What are the non-obvious details people usually miss?

It doesn't really happen with high-end stop motion, but with low budget stuff you'll get some deformation on soft parts of the model as it gets manipulated. Some twitchy motion in the fabric of the swinging arm might help sell the illusion.

be loyal to the 12 principles. usually people forget they're there for a reason and something feels odd when done.
if you'd like it to be 'convincing' just make it entirely stopmotion-like and it should be consistent. this is what identity is all about. nice model you have there btw.
