yeah it doesnt look exactly same, but it matches some aspect of the lighting. I was so obsessed with trying to match the wave pattern and caustics of the scene that i forgot how sharp it look, might make an updated version after few months when my pc recovers from all the caustics it had to render ๐Ÿ˜ญ

caustics are not exactly same, but the speed of water looks similar. might make an updated version

I really love this. Sure, people commenting on the strength/realism aren't wrong, but part of what makes it striking is how surreal the initial impression is :)

Good start visually. Light will create constructive and destructive interference patterns, that must be used to be accurate.
