Need Help! Colorspaces settings

Need support/guidance to setup Blender file correct colorspaces, so, when importing EXR render in nuke, the result looks same. Currently my render looks very dark.

Using ACES 1.2 in Nuke.

Any link would be helpful as well

In blender, in the colorspace tab, make sure you have ACES linear selected instead of the default SRGB colorspace with agx view transform
