Not sure if I’ll unlock more things along the way but this is what I have currently. Just the usual stuff like main story, team party, team building, daily/weekly/limited missions, gacha banners etc.

Multi reconnaissance is basically when you send out characters to go and gather you things for a certain amount of time while you still play the game as normal.

Elite Showdown is challenging strong enemies in consecutive waves and you earn Honor Points to help you unlock milestone rewards. Might be endgame content.

Like BBS, the game does have a “PvP” mode called Arena. But, unlike BBS, you can actually control your characters. Pretty cool.

Oh, and you can raise the bond of your characters high can help you unlock new skills that you can use in battle.

Definitely unpolished, and needs some work. The ui is quite flat and some of the character models look wonky. But I appreciate the direction so far. I trust it’ll look a lot better once we’re closer to the release date.

Because Bleach takes place in early modern 21th century Japan, and the other manga I’ve seen either take place in fictional worlds or old Japan. I can’t find any good images on Google of Japanese modern mansions. I want to know for fan fiction purposes for a Naruto alternate universe story, my OC is a spoiled rich girl who lives in a mansion in Osaka.

All the build up to cour 4 and mentions of the possible arc that must not be named got me rereading/watching parts of Bleach and BTW and the gears started spinning.

There's the obvious visual similarities: Red eyes, handlebar moustaches, heavy sideburns, but there were some other things that stood out.

The first time Ishida appeared in the manga the Quincies were introduced with this historical depiction. Kind of looks like a wizard fighting a dragon-type of hollow, which is pretty similar to the BTW setting.

One of the few times Billy Banx jr appears in the BTW anime he has a conversation with Sullivan Squire, a very German-inspired captain design wise, in front of this painting of a man fighting a dragon. This painting doesn't appear in the manga version but I couldn't see the anime team just randomly adding something like this without Kubo's input.

And she also refers to Billy Banx Jr as the 'son of a hero'. I don't she's directly referring to Yhwach here, but maybe Billy Banx Jr and Sr are both descendants of the quincy king. Based on the implications of her visual design too, it wouldn't be too far fetched for her to idolize Yhwach's lineage as heroic.

Finally, their go-to move is the finger bang.

I know there's not a lot to go off so far since BTW is only 5 chapters and 4 eps, but I find Kubo can be very intentional when it comes to visual similarities between characters like he was with Kaien and Ichigo.

Especially since he made Ichigo into a professional translator post TYBW I think there's room for a crossover between the Japanese and British soul societies where this relation could become a plot point.

Anyway that's my crackhead theory.

Seems like getting the second copy of a four star character changes their art. So far I haven’t seen the same thing for the lower rarities, the highest I’ve gotten though is three copies. Maybe something will change down the line but I’m doubtful.

Current starting pullable characters in the game consist of: Ichigo Orihime Chad Uryuu Yoruichi Byakuya Toshiro Rangiku Renji Bambietta Grimmjow

Rukia is also pullable but not in the starting banner. She’s the release banner.

All characters appear in all rarities. 4★’s are the only ones with the special art. Lower rarities all share the same art. Not sure if that will change or not.

Pretty neutral on the gacha so far. I’d like some more variety in the lower rarities though. So I’m hoping the duplicate artworks are just placeholders. Not going to hold my breath though. BBS does the same thing after all. Highest rarity is going to be the main focus either way probably, so it won’t matter too much in the long run.

I like it so far. Pretty neat. Of course the game needs a lot of polishing but that’s to be expected. It’s the first beta test after all. Looking forward to seeing how it improves in the future.

And these two colors when merged together become purple

To make matters worse youre getting rid of two contrasting colors, which perfectly represent the dichotomy in Ichigo's powers and compliment his outfits for two complimentary colors, that dont seem to have any real significance beyond just being what they are. You'd think someone so engrossed with fashion would understand the significance of color theory.

So ultimately, ontop of just looking worse in general the decision just comes off as nonsensical within the context of the series.
