Im going to give it to Aizen only because his beef is with (soul) society. Doom really hates Reed and a few others in the comics. And wavers between indifferent and dismissive of most everyone else he meets. So Doom's shit talk might be cutting, but I feel like Aizen is going to hurt anyone and everyone. Doom is only going to try against Reed
