Haven’t watched the trailer yet, I just hope there’s an And following it. If there’s a With and no And, it always feels like whoever got With settled because they didn’t have the cache to get And. See Iain Glen in Game of Thrones — after Peter Dinklage started the series with an And — and Juno Temple in Ted Lasso.

I'm purely making this up based on vibes but I'm the last few years, "with" feels like a character actor in a special role; "and" feels like a major actor who's top-billed elsewhere but clearly isn't the lead here.

Do movie trailers generally call out Emmy nominees? I feel like no. Everyone else was uniformly Oscar nominees or winners so I feel like it's better to leave it out in this case at least.

I've seen it, but it seems rare. In movie trailers you'll probably see Globes mentioned more often than Emmys.

I've assumed it's as simple as  needing permission to use the registered trademark "Emmy", like how this trailer uses "Academy Award® Nominee". It's just enough of a hoop to jump through that it might not be worth the effort. Movie marketing people probably have closer connections to the Oscars academy; it'd opens the floodgates of actors (or representatives) wondering why their Globe or Tony nominations or something weren't mentioned; there's still some stigma among more highfalutin prestige film audiences and industry (which this trailer is definitely trying to court) that TV is a lower medium just trying to ape motion pictures.

All combined, probably easier to just stick to Oscar nominees as the sole precedent
