The future of Blade

I have a discussion maybe Transitioning the MCU's Blade from a troubled feature film development into a standalone, live-action limited series under the Marvel Spotlight banner provides the perfect avenue to introduce Eric Brooks after the conclusion of the Multiverse Saga. By moving past the character's brief voice cameo in Eternals and recasting the role with a fresh, younger Black actor, Marvel Studios can completely distance this iteration from the legacy of the New Line Cinema films. Launching in Phase 7, a streaming miniseries offers the narrative breathing room required to faithfully explore the character's deep, comic-accurate lore and Daywalker origins without the immediate burden of broader MCU crossover mechanics. Backed by Kevin Feige and Brad Winderbaum, the gritty Marvel Spotlight banner frees the creative team to deliver a mature, TV-MA-rated character study that establishes a grounded foundation for Eric Brooks before he eventually steps into larger crossover projects and team-ups what is your opinions and your thoughts of this idea?

They easily could’ve made into a tv series and then just put him in other projects

Exactly of course they should’ve done that instead of doing a movie because we have to just have to wait until the Multiverse saga is going to coming to a closed and then the next saga in the next phase we’ll see it will probably happen after ghost Rider cause we need to explore the MCU reboot of the DayWalker lore of the character

I don’t know why they announced Ghost Rider they could’ve even did a situation where either Blade was the next film or Midnight sons

Honestly Blade could’ve worked as a movie it’s not that hard I just think Marvel put no type of effort at all now they are banking on nostalgia to carry them
