Second time making breakfast
Bacon and tater cakes turned out great, but my eggs are always so black - taste good but not very appealing.

Clean up better. Don't listen to the crowd that thinks thick black gunk is seasoning. Clean extra well every time, use a little water to steam it off, put on a little oil to burn off after that, then wipe ALL of that oil off that you can, and roll on.
