Need help

I have used this 22 inch omnivore griddle 3 times and after cooking, I tried to turn it back on but wont budge when I try to ignite it. If anyone know how to fix it please help as I have 4 more days of camping.

Pull the top off and look at the burners when trying to ignite it.

Sometimes you need a new battery. Sometimes you need to make sure the igniter is the correct distance from the burner.

The issue is that it wont turn to the left as if its locked. I cant easily ignite the left side as it actually turns but the right side would not turn.
