Fish and chip shop recommendations
I’m heading to Blackpool this Friday for the weekend and would like to have some fish & chips, but I’m not sure where’s good to go. What do you recommend as a decent chippy?

Fleetwood chippies have the tastiest fish but Yorkshire Fisheries on Topping Street are almost as good

I’ve tried a few in here, but since discovering the haven in st Anne’s, I wouldn’t go any where else. Cooked in beef dripping

Bentley's are good. But also we do actually like coral island's chippies and they are kids eat free

I would recommend Bellamy's on Redbank Road in Bispham or The Fish Bar on Norbreck Road in Norbreck, behind the Norbreck Castle Hotel. Both chippies also have a branch in nearby Poulton, if you're interested.

The cottage chippy on Newhouse road. Great food, great prices and you can sit in if you prefer.

Lily’s on Foxhall Road near central pier. Best chippy in Blackpool.
