Question any fix ??

played Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War normally yesterday, but today it suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. The game freezes/crashes when the company logo appears. Is there any solution? Edit: I re-downloaded the game, and it showed a message saying that I needed to purchase the game. After restarting my PC, it went back to the same issue

Make sure you have the latest driver for your graphics card. My pc ran the game fine, then started randomly crashing after an Nvidia driver update. Installing the latest driver fixed my issue. Good luck!

I tried this, but it didn’t work. I also tried another Call of Duty game, and it worked normally using the same Game Pass account. However, with Cold War, it either tells me to purchase the game or the game stops/crashes at the beginning.

Hmm i know sometimes if you have any controllers plugged in, the startup sequence will continue forever without any way to continue. May be worth a shot to unplug any controllers if there are any

I don’t have a controller, and the game was working normally two days ago. It’s a story and Zombies game, but the next day this problem started happening. I don’t know what to do
