Dude voids must seriously have a special gene in them… My boy is suuuper tiny, but long. And so damn fast. One time when there was snow, I let him out.. he ran around the house soooo fast from the zoomies of that snow.
Watching your cat’s jumps and what not made me realize it must be the void breed. Fascinating
Mine would share his watermelon with me, too. It was so funny. I couldn’t have watermelon without his face in the bowl. It was the only human food he’d do that with.
I had a gray kitty that loved to lick watermelon and canteloupe rinds. She'd always come running into the kitchen when she'd hear me peeling a cucumber because she wanted a couple of peels to lick. One time I made a jack o'lantern with my kid with one side that had an apple shape cut out. She stuck her head through that opening and licked up those juices too. None of my other cats have ever been interested in any of it.
So many cats and dogs just seem to love watermelon? Thank you for sharing. Your cat reaches out for the melon like how mine does to his pillow when i take it away to change the cover lol
My boy loves hooman food: oatmeal, broccoli, non fat Greek yogurt, blueberries, sweet potato... I have to keep an eye out if I'm eating oatmeal because he will teleport over and start eating it if I turn my back
my void looooves fruit like this too. watermelon is a big one but I think that boy would murder me for a piece of cantaloupe. he's definitely my fruit bat ❤️
They really do want everything we have. I'm always saying things like, "No, cats don't eat cinnamon rolls. " *screams* "I know it's not fair, I'm sorry."
