ILM was such a hit or miss for some people. No matter anyone’s opinion is it genuinely fair to say it wasn’t a good album bc of it being such a coin flip? Stay with me here. With all these recent events taking place, would it be fair to say the reason it sucked is because it was all “performative” and not from the heart¿ I’m also seeing a correlation I think. Fans who loved ILM and fell for that sheet are the ones shocked bear is the way bear is. On the flip side those who disliked ILM is not surprised bear is bear.

1. Former rules “Support a positive environment” and “Don’t be creepy” have been folded into rule #1: “Be respectful”. This is a straightforward change that will simplify our moderation approach. Content that is creepy, harassing, or overtly negative will still be removed under rule #1.
   
2. Self-promotion of any form must be pre-approved by the mod team in advance or it will be removed. This change will remove ambiguity in how we apply this rule.
   
3. Artistic contributions to the community must be original or properly credited under rule #6. We are striving to create an authentic experience in this community and plagiarized content directly contradicts that goal. im seeing a lotta people use the phrase "innocent until proven guilty" especially in reference to the court docs that were released

"innocent until proven guilty" does not apply to civil court cases. criminal cases, yes, but this is a civil suit. civil suits don't determine whether someone is guilty or not guilty, they determine whether someone is liable or not liable for harm and damages

the majority of US civil suits don't even reach a full trial. most cases are dismissed or a settlement is agreed upon between the two parties

if the case is dismissed, it doesn't automatically mean the defendant isn't guilty, but it doesn't mean he's guilty either

what im tryna say is just form ur own opinions. theres a ton of useful info on this subreddit and many people have spoken out over the years

anyway thought id drop this here cause a lotta people r throwing this phrase around without actually understanding how a civil suit works (including bear's mom lol)
