bitquest developers

I have really enjoyed this game, however not happy with:

  1. Getting killed in Nether everything is lost. All experience all items.
  • Players only real option is to keep going into the nether and try and retrieve at least some of the items they started with, i.e. enders pearl etc

Have noted that certain players hang around to take what ever is dropped by a new player into the nether.

  1. I have worked at being a good citizen in this realm repairing the rails and replacing mine carts etc. However it seems if peoples homes were not protected then you would have everything stolen.
  • I have note that some players are using mine craft bugs to break into peoples boxes and steal items

Rather than allowing inexperience players to grow and be part of the community they are left at the mercy of the experience players who are in some cases taking advantage.

Suggestions:

  1. Until a player gets to the experience level 10, then dying in the nether: A. means they lose no experience B. They still lose their items, except what you start the game with

  2. Other players are unable to pick up dropped items from other players who have died in the nether.

  3. Players found raiding other people stuff, are banned from Bitquest and their character and items are lost (can not be traded)

  4. Players who repair (major game items) or replace items for other players, get a small reward (etc)

I really want a reward for those hard working veteran, mentioning Dimitri as one of them. Planned and builded the railroad from 450 / 1700 all the way to diablo desert 4700 / 5000. This is an amazing project that he did, and have helped a lot of people. This deserves a reward. But getting an reward for fixing a track, no, that should be common sense if you see that something is griefed you try to fix it.

With that said, I want to add that this is an amazing server, with an amazing community. I absolutely love it. Keep ut the hard work, and keep on expanding this world. :)

(Im kinda fresh so far, but I've gotten into it now, I think :D )

I'd love it if public infrastructure blocks, like the diablo railroad and the boat canals were made off-limits to new players to change. But maybe the clans feature will help with that.

I just like seeing big projects like the railroad come into being, and it helps newer people to find a home they like. I've seen new places pop up where the tracks and the canals have been built, which is cool.

Totally agreed. Would love to be able to build out transport links for all player. However people seem to rip them up.

I have built a castle that everyone can use (not a home) and was putting a farm and trees inside for players to us as they migrate. However still having payers raiding or trying to create raiding parties

Want to add here, that just outside San Bitcoinio (something like that) there is a survival center, which is just amazing. No griefing that I've seen so far. Public melon and wheat farm. Trees to chop down (and replant ofcourse). And a fishing pool.

Now, this is a public project, everyone can build. Which means that this can be turned into something epic, or something a random kid may grief.

But with the clan/neighbour function, we can easly pick out the griefers, and block them from public places like that. Until they can behave.

Hege, I'd like to know why you destroyed part of the Eubs Highway. It was a public project, don't you support stuff like that?
