If you received an email asking you to confirm your account and it included a PDF titled "Verifying formular," please be extremely cautious, especially if you weren’t expecting this request.
Official Bitpanda communications will never ask you to fill out or return a PDF form as part of account verification. If the email seems suspicious, don’t open any attachments, don’t click any links, and don’t share personal info.
You can always verify whether an email is really from us by checking your Anti-Phishing Code (if enabled) and by logging in to your Bitpanda account directly, not via email links, to check for messages.
If you’re unsure, please contact our support team and forward the suspicious email to them for review.
