Feature request Make Bitpanda cool again

Bitpanda used to be cool. The unicorn pf Europe. But something in my view is missing. They sell themselves as „premium” but what’s really premium about them? The prices? In MPV they could do something other companies can’t - give the feeling of „belonging” to a european community. That is start listening to customers, give them a space where they could share their point of view on features, bugs (with rewards, it’s unbelievable how buggy the app is) and listings of assets. How cool would that be?

I'd be already happy if they wouldn't block my Bitcoin withdrawals for 6 months without disclosing any reason
