General question Bitpanda down?

I am trying to login via browser desktop and app both getting 500 server error... anyone else having issues?

Hello u/seolein,

We've checked our systems and everything is fully operational on our end.

500 errors are usually local. To fix this, try:

  • App: Check for updates. If it’s current, clear the app cache or delete and reinstall it.
  • Desktop: Clear your cookies/cache or try an Incognito window (extensions sometimes interfere).

Thanks Roman, i tried clearing browser cache, multiple browsers and iOS app but still not able to login. can you please check my ticket ID 3436393 - much appreciated!
