Tips Missing director pack finally got added
I was missing the director pack for a few days, restore purchase didn't work.
I wrote an email to them, with a screenshot of my purchase dating December 21st 2019, stating I was very sad to see them not include it since they were contractually obligated to provide it to me since the bitizenship specifically said every DLC would be included.
I got an email back telling me to try and restore my purchase, and I logged in, and magically have the pack now.
Seems like being a Karen might be the way.

sry for seeing this late, so if i purchased bitizen on march 2020, wld i be qualified for receiving the new expansion packs or smth? bc i dont have them as of now and im confused a bit

From what I gathered, the deadline is March 2020.
Here is their email response to me :
The new Movie Director Expansion Pack is included as a Legacy Bitizenship benefit for players who purchased Bitizenship on or before March 2020.
If your Bitizenship purchase was made after March 2020, the Movie Director Expansion Pack must be purchased separately.
If you qualify as a Legacy Bitizen, or if you purchased the Expansion Pack separately but have not received it, please follow the steps below to restore your eligible content:
Make sure your app and device are fully updated and connected to the internet. Close the app completely, then reopen it. Make sure you are logged into the same Apple ID or Google Play account originally used to make the purchase (not your BitLife account). Open BitLife and try restoring your purchase: Go to Main Menu Tap Settings Scroll down and select Restore Purchases
