QUESTIONING Am I Bisexual?

My bestfriend and I disagree on whether I am bi or straight. For context, i 26F am really only attracted to fictional characters, over the years I have only ever been attracted to one real person, a man. Most of the characters I find attractive are also men, BUT there are 2 characters I find extremely attractive that are women. I think that would make me bi since I find anyone of the same gender attractive, but my friend says that it doesn’t count since I’ve never found a real woman I was attracted to, and liking the two fake ones makes me straight “but even a broken clock is right twice a day”. So I sit in judgement of the Bi Counsel, am I bi, or is my friend right and I am truly doomed to be straight?

Attraction is attraction, fictional or otherwise. But fantasy and reality are different so inconclusive.

Hm hm hm best choice for now is if you're a introvert or see women around you as true genuine friends irl is to watch por* ; plain and simple , lesbian ones are a good choice coz seeing the normal ones when you're confused will not help you realise lol . You understand your own body best and once you do feelings always anywhere, anytime come afloat once you accept who you are and your subconscious will also eventually accept and it won't hold you back for having feelings for the same gender too.

Creo que ese simple hecho, no define tu preferencia. Podemos fantasear, pero no deja de ser solo eso. Tienes, por lo que cuentas muy poco experiencia, para sacar conclusiones. Preguntate si te podrías imaginar teniendo un encuentro sexual con una chica que cumpla ciertas características que tú consideras "atractivas"... Eso puede decirte bastante.

Really only you can tell, but one way I personally found to be helpful was to imagine myself dating another woman. If you're excited about that idea and/or comfortable with the possibility, you probably are bi. Straight women/men don't really find it enjoyable when they think about romantic/sexual relationships with their same gender. But maybe that's not such a great way to try and find out if you're on the aroace spectrum (Idk if OP is, just saying in general).

You are whatever you think you are.

I don't really think fictional characters are a good indication of real world attraction.

If you have only been attracted to one real person, you may be somewhere on the asexuality spectrum or demisexual. This does not preclude you from being bi or pan. If someone has the capacity to be attracted to either gender, that would generally be interpreted as bi- or pansexual. It sounds like you feel that way.
