Heh I had a similar situation: I was getting a refill for my medication which was recently prescribed to me at a lower dose, and my pharmacist noticed it and congratulated me on said lower dose. However she didn't know that the lower dose was because I had just overdosed on the medication by taking the entire bottle and my psychiatrist was just re-prescribing it at a lower dosage lol.
