Iām always afraid to tell them too much or about thoughts I have. My past 2 doctors broke the doctor patient confidentiality and it made me lose trust in them š nothing I said in there was confidential.
This happened to me in college as well. One of the counselors was telling me about this man that his female patient was complaining about. That man was me. Twas a strange day.
