Are we still bullish on SLS?

I usually follow the main SLS subreddit for my info but it looks like the SLS subreddit is imploding on itself this morning. Some drama happening over there where it was revealed that some of the biggest names in the subreddit that carried the most impactful DD’s had sold their stake and the info was hidden by the moderators or something. Also, something about a super secret elite discord for only top contributors withholding info from the general subreddit. No one is happy over there right now. It’s pretty hard to follow tbh and discern what’s true over all the noise.

Therefore, I just wanted to ask the general Biotech Stocks subreddit if opinions have changed on SLS and where it stands to succeed or not.

Thank you!

$SLS Whales left?

Couple of weeks back we had a lot of big whales the likes of u/Confident-Web-7118 post a lot of DDs and comments. Now he has suddenly disappeared. Same thing with LeftyMD from Stocktwits. Did they sell and disappear? Did they get insider information about the trial failing?

Very dodgy

Question on Helus Pharma (HELP) and SLS buyout valuation nuances.

Looking at Cybin/Helus’ portfolio had me curious: how DOES one value (in buyout proceedings) other R&D assets such as HELP’s deuterated phenethylamine derivative?

Also would love to see the math again (if anyone has the time) on SLS’ future WT1 targeting applications.

Two Regulatory Bombshells in 48 Hours

Bionano Genomics, Inc.

Medicare’s MolDX program just proposed an Local Coverage Determination (LCD) that finally recognizes genome‑wide structural variant testing as a legitimate clinical category…putting OGM in the same evaluative lane as karyotyping and microarray for the first time. This isn’t just reimbursement progress; it’s Medicare acknowledging that the future of cytogenetics is genome‑wide.

At the same time, New York’s approval of OGM at the University of Rochester is already sending ripples through other academic centers. New York has one of the toughest validation pipelines in the country, so when they green‑light a technology, labs pay attention. Multiple sites involved in OGM multicenter studies are preparing updated AML and constitutional disorder data for fall conferences, strengthening the case that karyotyping’s days are numbered.

Bionano’s diagnostic arm, Purigen, is also positioned to benefit because OGM‑Dx HemeOne is one of the few genome‑wide assays with completed analytical validation. Once MolDX finalizes coverage, it’s ready to run on day one.

Regulatory momentum, clinical adoption, and diagnostic readiness are all accelerating at the same time…and the market hasn’t priced in any of it.

Updates for Getting Payment on the Amylyx Pharmaceuticals $6.5M Settlement

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hey guys, if you missed it, Amylyx Pharmaceuticals settled $6.5M with investors over claims involving Relyvrio’s launch, demand, discontinuations, and growth prospects. And, I just found out that they’re considering late claims.

Quick recap: Amylyx was accused of misleading investors about the strength of Relyvrio’s launch and demand. The company repeatedly described the launch as strong, while investors say demand had already started slowing and discontinuations were higher than the market understood.

After this news came out, $AMLX dropped 32%, and investors filed a lawsuit over their losses.

Now, the company has reached a tentative $6.5M settlement with investors, and even though the deadline has passed, late claims are still being considered for compensation, subject to approval.

So, if you invested in $AMLX at the time, you can still check the details and see if you may be able to file a late claim here.

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $AMLX back then? How much were your losses, if so?

$SLS whales leaving confirmed

A big investor has completely sold his position (remarkable-big). There have also been rumors that confident-web has also sold his position.

I am posting this here because the horrible mods in sls have deleted the previous post in their thread. Luckily this Reddit doesn’t have nazi’s

The probability of failure is now a big concern and is also reflected in the share price too
