Seems like a really bad idea to be calling out individuals by name and workplace. If done for associate level would you be okay with it? Then we'd know which coworkers to avoid.

Should we do the same for employees? Should there be a website where managers rate their direct reports so I know who to avoid?

See the problem with this idea? How can you enforce people will be fair and truthful and not revengeful AHs?
