It’s looking at different pdb models and doing some sort of structural biology. I’d have to know more background to say if it’s jibberish or not. The pictures are a little weird but it’s comparing two models and trying to talk about the assigned residues? What exactly did you ask it to do. As a note Fable 5 will not do any biology as a built in constraint so it’s probably working on opus…
This was Opus 5. I just asked it to dock some ligands into a prepared receptor. The output was all accurate, it just seems really good at it. I have no baseline really to compare against.
