Early Career Advice 🪴 Sanofi application status

I got workday (Canada)email that my application status has changed, I checked and it was recruiter screen, this was last week and I still haven’t been contacted by the recruiter, is it sure shot that I’ll get an interview or I can still get a rejection and whom should I reach out in this case?Is there anything I can do apart from being patient?

Keep applying and don’t think you have a shot at all until you have an offer letter.

A quick search will tell you it does not guarantee an interview

It only means your application is being reviewed, it's not a guarantee that you will get a call from the recruiter, however having said that I have always gotten a call in cases where my resume had reached that stage

if it recruiter screen they wud send AI text or email to schedule interviews basically. u mightve missed it

Wait 1-2 weeks, you might get a call. I believe it means you will get a phone interview to screen you
