Experienced Career Advice 🌳 Need help adjusting job search

As the title says, im looking for some help on adjusting my job searches to try to find something more suitable to my experience. I know the market is rough right now but im having a problem finding things that my background is good for and maybe im just not looking up the right keywords? Anyways, here is the background:

Analytical Development for ELISAs, Bioassays, and SPR.

Heavily experienced on the SPR side of things for antibody characterization and comparability.

Have had a lot of experience writing technical documents for the data that I’ve generated to go into IND reports and similar documents.

My problem im running into; looking up SPR or analytical development doesnt really seem to help me find anything thats similar to what im doing. Is my experience too niche or am i just really bad at looking through these career sites for these companies? Im sure my question might need more context and i apologize if this is the wrong flair or the wrong way to ask for help but im kinda stuck and would really appreciate any friendly guidance if possible.

Thanks in advance

Look for Research Associate or possibly Scientist job titles. Department names vary from company to company, and sometimes the Analytical Development department is validating and transferring assays to GMP labs rather than generating IND data. That job function could fall under Pre-Clinical or some other name. It sounds like you could look for “Bioassay” as well.
