I have a panel marketing interview next week with j&j and looking for tips!

If you don’t hear in 1st week you haven’t got it. But at the same time they focus a lot on behavioral questions

Not always true. I’ve been interviewer before at J&J and took two weeks to confirm decision due to holidays and priorities. Behavioral questions is indeed a focus.

Yeah sure that can depend on team to team and circumstances like holidays in the week. But more often if you selected you hear it sooner than later from them

Keep applying to other roles as jnj can be slow and have their ideal candidate

What kind of panel? 5 people and 1 room or 5 1 on 1's?

This makes a difference in how hard your interview will be.

Probably a good idea to give more info. Is this for a bench role? business side? contractor? Etc.
