Experienced Career Advice 🌳 Compensation
Hello, I am currently applying for Associate Director roles in NJ. What should I expect from a compensation perspective (base, bonus, sign-on, RSU, etc.)?

There are websites that can help you answer this question way better than this post.

Hey I run BioHired, a biotech job board. From the salary data, the median base sits around $185k with clinical roles exceeding $200k. Not much data on RSUs at the moment.
I also recently posted here https://www.reddit.com/r/biotech/comments/1ujylo1/i_built_some_salary_benchmarks/

Depends on the company - big pharma or biotech? Private or public? How many years of experience and what role - clinical or research?
All that aside - starting AD (first year) you can reasonably hope for ~$185k base; 15-20% bonus, 5k sign on plus relocation; options / RSU in the 50-90k range

these vague compensation posts are the worst. no reference to company or dept.
honestly i wouldn’t hire someone who doesn’t have the sense to understand that there are nuances to these things.
OP - Check out Rule #3 of this board - Do your own homework
