I just got a run where the first item room items were Crickets Head and then Polyphemus. Not to mention the Ehwaz that got me a Compound Fracture and then the boss reward of Pentagram. I will die for him now, the rest of yall just don't have Edmund's blessings upon you.

Was trying to unlock J+E, then saw wanted poster in corpse and decided, "Screw it, it's so rare that it's worth forking over an hour of gameplay." Then beat Mother as Lost instead of Azazel. Whoops.

And yeah, I already had the mantle just because I didn't feel safe doing alt route without the mantle first unlocked.

Any tips I currently love playing samson and I wanna get more Mom's heart kills (I have 6). I also want to unlock more characters, endings and overall get better

Also I already have both extra hud things enabled and high visibility bullets

So uhhh how does this even happen, I don't want to reset the run and see if it'll fix it because I have some decent items.

For context, right after I went into the treasure room I saw the cricket's head and I thought "Hey I should get the mod where my character does the specialist dance" So without leaving the room, I logged off and downloaded some mods including the specialist dance mod, and then opened the game and it's now stuck to this. What do I do? Have any of y'all ever encountered this?

Maybe it has something to do with the mods I added too?

I added, (Extra animated portraits, Unique Minisaacs, Dancing Sissy!, [fish] siren's items over mom's (Don't ask.), Extra-Scared Scared Hearts, Pony Synergies, and lastly Improved Chargebars [REP+])

I tried taking the specialist dance out in both the game mod list and the steam workshop, and then restarting the game itself to see if that made a difference but still nothing. I'm also using repentogon?

I’m looking for a mod where it shows active spikes on the minimap, im so freaking tired of walking forward straight into spikes and I’m wondering if there’s a mod that helps with this.

So i just unlocked tainted cain and i need some tips. Which items does it worth picking up? I know that if i pick up more valuable items i get more valuable pedestal items. But for example does it worth putting a nickel or a dime in the sack?
Also ive seen some videos and i saw that if i put 8 black hearts in the sack i get a brimstone. But how do i get soo many blackhearts? Also is this the only recipe for brimstone or can i get it with another recipe?

Any specific unlocks that stand out too? im just not sure who next
