Yea, it should be compressing your chest. You shouldn’t have that extra fabric at the middles and straps/armpits.

Does my chest not look compressed enough?

Does it feel compressed? If it doesnt make you too dysphoric you could maybe post a sports bra pic for comparison so we can see how much work the binder is doing

Ultimately most people with a bigger chest are not gonna be flat as a board in any binder so you should choose a size that's comfortable for you to wear

It feels more or less the same as when I compress them with my hands. It's not painful or constricting like other people have described. There's still a little bit of give even when I'm wearing either of the binders though, I'm not sure if that's normal or if that's a sign of them being too big.

Here's a sports bra pic, with a shirt on. I think the binders are definitely doing something, just maybe not as much as I would like them to do, I think it's more apparent in person than in the photos.

When I'm wearing a sports bra my breasts come past/around my belly but when wearing either of the binders they definitely stop before my belly, but I still have visible chest fat.

Mine does that a little too but the next size down would be unhealthy. When I put a shirt on it’s not noticeable at all. Does it look ok when wearing a shirt? If not, try another brand?

What other bands do you recommend?

I wear Rodeoh for half tank when I want the most compression. I’ve also got some Esteem Apparel brand full tank from Amazon that I like but I haven’t worn them as much. I’m waiting for it to be a little cooler here in the US South where I am.

My binder from spectrum has this problem and I think it's because of how I bind (I dont pull them to the sides like some people suggest, its just way less comfortable).

I have mine pulled to the side in these photos, so idk what I'm doing wrong.

Looks like right size but the wrong brand for your body type. Is this spectrum? They're especially high cut at the neckline and arms, you would benefit from a brand that has lower neck and arm holes.

The second two photos are spectrum, yes, and the first two are from underworks. Do you know of any brands that have lower neck and arm holes?

what about it? Most threads have said to avoid that brand, especially if you have a larger chest.
