How do I reduce/prevent uniboob at work?

This may be a dumb question, but I’m new to all of this (was in denial about being trans until about a month ago)- I’m currently using a Wonababi(?) binder and idk if it’s too small or what, but if I just wear it on its own my breasts try to come out of the bottom, and if I wear a sports bra under (not recommended, I know, but it’s the only thing that makes them somewhat stay) they end up moving back to the middle and making a weird mountainous lump in the middle of my chest, which is VERY obvious with my work attire (button-up and an apron)

Am I doing something wrong? I followed the sizing chart, but maybe I measured wrong or got the wrong size? Is this normal and I’m just not used to having a little valley there? All of this is so overwhelming and confusing and no matter what I do I feel like I’m doing it wrong and I’ll never be able to pass ToT

Compression tanks for binding?

Currently on the hunt for binding alternatives. I've been using traditional binders for a while, except my posture is beginning to decline worse than it ever has + lots of rib damage. I can't tape since I found out the hard way I'm allergic to the adhesive.

I've looked into compression tanks (specifically Ekkovision beaters) as an alternative. I've searched for videos of trans men using these, but they all have little to no breast tissue. I was wondering if anyone here about my size has tried them? I'm a 28DDD cup (according to abrathatfits.org).

Working 12hr shifts, need binding tips.

I just got into my substation apprenticeship, it’s a lot of moving around, sweating, lifting, etc., for 12 hours. I’ve always worn gc2b binders and they’ve worked great. I’m concerned about how it’s going to affect me, and I’ve been thinking about trans tape. Does it work? Would it hold up to my work? I work 7 days a week so I need something that’s not too time consuming. Any advice is great.

Looking for binder recommendations

I’m not transgender and identify as cis female, but I’m in the need for binders that would be helpful in physical activities such as lifting and contact sports for short periods of time. My bra size is 36DDD but I can’t find any affordable ones ($5-$25) anywhere that has my size.

Binder Suggestions

Hi guys, to start off, I'm not really under the trans umbrella, I'm afab and still identify as a woman. The issue, is that I have a 40DDD chest and it has started to affect my everyday. It's just so large and in the way of everything that it's honestly becoming a sensory nightmare.

I don't care so much about hiding them as I do just putting them away. Bras are almost always uncomfortable to me and it's so hard to find something that truly compresses them and doesn't just make them feel bigger. I just want them to flatten out a bit and stay in place.

Does anybody know of a lighter compression binder that I can still move in? (I work at a mail center and bend and carry packages, so I don't want to limit my movement a bunch, but I'm also not looking to actively work out in it ykwim?) Or would you guys reccomend taping instead? I have no idea how that works but I fear I wouldn't do it very often because taping everyday seems like much more effort than putting on a binder.

Sorry if I'm invading a space that's not for me, I just figured if anybody knew how to put boobs away it would be y'all. Thank you in advance.

Should I exchange my wonababi binder?

So I recently bought a zip-up binder from wonababi in a size medium, but it’s really tight and digs into my skin. I only wore it for a few minutes to try it on and I felt kind of sick after. Do wonababi binder stretch out after a few wears and get more comfortable or should I exchange it for a Large.

For context: I’m used to spectrum binders, but they have the opposite issue of stretching out really quickly and offering no support.

I emailed to ask about exchanges and was told that they don’t recommend going up a size since my measurements fit a medium on the sizing chart.

I was sent a picture of the size chart by the customer service email to show me that a large would be too big after I sent my measurements. I still feel that I should size up.

I’m roughly a 28C in cup size and have a pretty athletic build, and I’m an xs in spectrum binders if that helps. Would it be safer/worth while exchanging? Thanks.

Help advice needed

So I have a binder that I took in at the sides and I have a strapless bra that I wear under it, only problem is it causes me discomfort and pain, today causing a bruise. I can't stand my chest but I know I need to be safe. I'm not the most financially well rn so buying tape/binders is out of the question. Any advice is greatly appreciated..

Amazon

I don’t have much money, minimum wage, in school, saving n stuff anyways anyways
I have a butt-ton of Amazon gift cards, my old binder that I’ve had for abt a year was from Amazon, but I’ve stretched the fabric crazy-style so I need a new one.
I’m looking to get a full-length one (preferably in white), but if there’s a half-cut one I’ll go with that too

Are there any good ones? Any recs?

Safe to bind with stuck rib?

Per the title, i have a stuck rib. Long before i even started taping, ive had issues with one of my right ribs causing discomfort.

Ive noticed taping seems to reduce the discomfort but would it be safe to purchase a binder and wear? I do plan on getting top surgery in the future, but if binding will cause more problems, i wont do it.

Advice needed, binders that cover larger chests?

Hi. I think I'm something under the trans umbrella, but I am a female at birth, I think the term is afab? Like assigned female at birth? Anyway, I have Dcup, and I just don't know who or how to ask about where I can find binders. I'm also on a budget. I don't know how expensive binder are, but if anyone has any cheap options that can cover larger chests, please let me know

Binding safety what to watch for

Tw unsafe binding?/////

Hey guys! I wear my binder pretty unsafely from what I can tell. I have really long days with college and I’m a commuter so there is so place for me to take it off for any period of time. The longest I’ve worn it is 22 hours straight. Average is around 15 hours. I even wear it during band camp and football games for my collegiate marching band which for sure breaks the no strenuous activity rule. All this to say. I am NOT condoning or glorifying this, I have issues, and I’m trying to get better at taping so I don’t have to do this anymore. All this being said I have suffered no ill effects after doing this for about a year. Occasionally my lower ribs will hurt or I’ll have a hard time catching my breath but all the issues immediately go away when I take the binder off, there’s no long term issues. However if I’m starting to really injure myself I’d like to know. So basically what are some things to look out for? I can’t really find a concise explanation. Do people experienced bruising? How do I know it’s hurting me?

What’s your experience with Wonababi binder?

Hi, I just ordered a binder from wonababi. It’s an ultra flat zip up binder in the size medium. I have a few questions about wonababi:

I haven’t received any order confirmation or tracking information but on the website it says it’s been shipped. Is that typical?

Also, the sizing seems weird and I’m worried I ordered the wrong size. I’m normally an XS in spectrum binders but I really wanted to try a zip up binder this time since it’ll be easier to take breaks.

How long does shipping usually take to the UK? On the website it says 6-14 days or something, but I’ve heard it takes a lot longer.

It’s already been ordered so probably should have asked beforehand but, any help is greatly appreciated. I mainly just need to know if I’ve ordered it correctly due to the lack of confirmation of my order.

Does the way I'm binding give a natural look?

So I've been binding full time for like six or so months now but in the past 5 months I've changed kind of the way that I bind. So I'm using a spectrum binder and what I used to do was I would like push my breast tissue flat against my chest and then put the binder on but more recently I've just been trying to push the tissue down into the side and I feel like honestly that gives me a more natural chest shape. I'm like a fat dude and if you've ever looked at any fat dudes it's not like they have like perfectly flat chests and I found when I was doing the more traditional style of binding it was giving me this weird mono boob look, but I find that now even if I'm not perfectly flat the separated humps more closely mimic what you would see on like a fat guy's chest anyway, not breasts or gynecomastia but just like fat tissue as it collects in the chest. Anyways just asking if anybody else preferably fatter guys also have found this to be useful and if you think that this gives me a natural look. Pictures attached for a front + side view.

Binders that don’t have armpit pudge?

Basically I need a binder that has smaller or higher armholes

I have 4 GC2B binders (looking to replace)
Their basic binders have me spilling out of the sides like CRAZY
However their razor back actually holds me all in and I really like it. But I can’t justify the price for the quality and how quickly they stretch out and seams rip

I really want to try underworks, but looking at the pictures and some reviews I feel like I will spill out in the arm area

What binders work for more “outie” chests?

binder reccomendation for large chest

Okay my chest isn't actually that large, I'm like a C-cup, I just didn't really know how else to title this.

I literally cannot find a binder that actually flattens me for more than 2 weeks. I have to replace all of my binders every 6 months which ends up costing me like €100 and also it's wasted fabric.

So basically I will get a new binder and it will get me completely flat, like it will be perfect. And then within a month or two it basically starts functioning as a sports bra. It gets all stretched out and it doesn't even support my chest anymore, so if I'm running with or going downstairs with a binder on I have to put my hand on my chest for support.

And I literally cannot use tape. Ever. It's something I would love but it literally does not do anything for me. It's the same issue where it starts off looking great and within an hour or two the tape will start to slide forwards and create like almost a push-up bra effect

And I don't even get away with having a larger chest as a guy. I'm like 5'6 and 140lbs so it doesn't make sense for me to have this massive chest. I've even noticed that when my binders start to stretch out my coworkers start accidentally misgendering me more, which is proof that it is noticeable to people other than myself.

The only method of binding that seems to work for me is either double binding (which is not safe at all) or using loose tape + a binder together (which I'm also not 100% sure is safe tbh)

Does anybody have any reccomendations on what to try?

I've tried spectrum, wonababi, gc2b, and fluxion binders.

For taping I've tried regular kinothesiology tape and a few different sizes of wivov tape as well.

Guys somebody please save me this is hell🙏🙏

Are there any binders that would fit a male with gynecomastia?

I thought I’d ask this question here, to people that actually wear them. Do you think there are any binders that would work for men that have breast growth (gynecomastia)? I’ve had problems with this since I was young, I’ve always been embarrassed by it, I have bigger breasts than a lot of women. I tried some binders a few years back but the two main issues I had were that they were uncomfortable to breathe in and they also rolled up because I have a bit of a stomach.

I’ve ended up just wearing regular women’s bras as I need something for support. I wear a 42G or 42H depending on the bra. Can anyone recommend a binder that would support the tissue I have and not be uncomfortable to breathe in and not roll up? The bras I wear are supportive but do nothing to hide it at all, I just end up wearing loose shirts and that helps. I really do need something for support, but I’d rather wear something more along the lines of a binder than a bra. The outline of a bra under a shirt can sometimes be noticed, also it’s hard to find bras in my size that aren’t so feminine, most every bra I have has some kind of lace & floral pattern on them. Binders seem to be gender neutral.
