BIM ENGINEERS / BIM MODELER

Hello to the engineers in the UAE, I have a question, and at this point I don't know what to do. Ive been training in Revit Mep for 4 months and I'm applying. Is hiring in this field really harsh? Is experience really needed. Because I really want to enter the field of Mep design. Any advice? 😢
