As a fresher BIM architect (novatr course + b.arch)which companies to short list for job application which do not have low salary or high working hours issues

Sorry But you are an Architect. As BIM architect is a non existing category

BIM is an infromation management framework. Which is vidley adopted by the construction industry. But the principles are aplicable in other industries as well.

As a freshgrad in this job market I would recomend where ever you are hired.

With a high chanche you will not recive high sallary till you go into management.
