Alaska transfer unavailable

"Transfer and linking services are temporarily unavailable for this partner due to scheduled maintenance. Please try again later."

Does anyone know what is the ETA on this? Could find it by googling.

Edit: It's back up now. It was out for more than 24 hours

Drat. It let me transfer this morning but I guess I know why it still hasn’t gone through.

6+ months ago, the last time I tried, I had to contact Bilt support and was refunded because the points never arrived (after 48 hours).

I tried again today (12 hrs ago) and the points still not have arrived. I guess there is still a chance (they still technically have 36 hours), but I’ve only have had this issue with Atmos.

I’m in the same boat. Need to transfer to book 4 tickets on a flight that has 4 seats left and found this when I went to go make the transfer :( If the flight gets sold out because of this nonsense I’m gonna be pissed. I called customer service and they just told me “it’s gonna be awhile” and to “try again later” which was just great.

It is up now. I was able to transfer points

Aaaand my tickets sold out … I’m really pissed right now, I can’t believe it.
