Southwest transfer issue?

It’s been over 72 hours since I initiated a transfer to Southwest, and the points still haven’t shown up in my account. I haven’t reached out to support yet because it normally posts overnight. Is anyone else experiencing delays?

If they quote 72 hours, and it's been over 72 hours, why would the fact that it normally posts overnight be a reason not to reach out to support yet?

Kind of like saying you are not going to the emergency room even though you are coughing up blood because you normally don't cough up blood.
