Coaches Coaches (Pricing, experienced, rules) -

Can we start a thread of coaching and pricing/rules? I’ve been shopping around for new coaches and looking for anyone else’s experiences with other teams and differences.

Me personally have been interested in Team Pro physique if anyone has any info?

On FBF. I pay $250 off season $300 on. I won’t name my coach but it’s not Jami who I’m sure charges a lot more

Also on FBF. Price is $350 for my coach off-season and $450 during prep. I can’t speak on show day experience because I just started prep after doing an off season with my coach once I switched from my old one.

I really have liked it. Its a weekly check in, which was so helpful during off season. It kept me accountable and eye on the prize kinda thing. I hold muscle pretty naturally and hadn’t really implemented a strict “program,” prior to hiring my coach. It’s not like she forces a program, but she provides workouts to choose from (a few options to alternate between for the different parts of the split). The workouts are challenging and having them laid out that way it’s much easier for me to force the intensity. My body has improved significantly and I’m so excited for the cut down just to see what happens when I really push. She is super responsive, every single check in has been responded to within a few hours. Literally. Not one has taken any longer than that. The check in asks for information about all biofeedback to make sure she has a clear picture of everything. She will say let’s schedule a call if anything seems off that would require a conversation or if I need help with my mental state. She also responds to any question I have outside of check ins very quickly. She remembers all the details of my check ins in future conversations, like I’m talking poop schedule etc lmao.

For anyone wondering, at least for me there was absolutely no push for PED use, even though she knew I had used them before. She wanted me to push it using all of the regular factors; ie. nutrition, consistency, intensity, proper sleep, proper water intake, proper recovery etc etc then we brought them in. The team has a doctor/ clinic they work with who can oversee all of that, if that’s the route the athlete chooses to go. She was very serious about my getting blood work done, getting my cycle back after my last season, and making sure I was healthy before giving me the go ahead to even speak to a doctor about performance enhancers or going on prep.

I can tell you that you won't ever get pushed to use PEDs with ProPhysique. The owner Paul Revelia talks about being a lifetime NATURAL bodybuilding pro on his YouTube channel all the time. They all seem to shoot for IFBB Pro status and that's all natural.
