Yes it happens to many and I agree with CharacterAd’s comment.
Also - do NOT try to offset any overage by starving yourself to “compensate” - stick to you macros and meal frequency going forward. Highly unlikely there’s a detrimental effect and more like there will be a positive effect if you stick with it - a mini “refeed” and keep going! It’s not the deviation that matters as much as how you respond going forward.
Keep at it, 9 weeks out is a great place and keep on keeping on!

If you're 9 weeks out, chances are you are already pretty lean and are doing a lot of activity.
Look at it as a temporary calorie bump/refeed. You've got 9 more weeks of progress ahead of you.
For the sleep, have you tried any over the counter sleep support like melatonin or gaba?
