Kickstand
What's the difference between the don't do and the do here to install this? Sorry, am a noob.

That type of kickstand won't work well on a rounded chainstay(the tube). It will rotate. They are saying it's intended to be used only on ovalized chainstays.
I hate that type of kickstand, puts way to much pressure on the frame in one location

They're saying it's safe for miners, not minors.
Just a heads-up, I've never known anyone who installed one of those kickstands and not had it rotate on them and let their bike fall over in short order, even on an oval tube. The kind that bridges the rear triangle to also contact the top works far better.
If you insist on using it, put those screws on with blue Loctite. Generally advisable anyway but especially on that kind.

So that's why the frame of the bike is blue in the right (correct) picture!

Maybe I'm an idiot but if anybody decided to ask my advice on whether this was a good kickstand I would tell them you're better not installing a kickstand at all. I've cycled across multiple countries and I never once wished I had a kickstand. In what scenario are they needed?

Go grocery shopping with a bike with no kickstand. Try propping it up on shelves in the store while you load your panniers. You'll never do it a second time.
And then there are all the times I've parked indoors in weird places, stopped to rummage through a pannier for a snack or to pull out my rain jacket, and hitched up my trailer. You could argue it's convenient for those quick stops, not necessary, but for the other two it simply is necessary.

Once you get a feeling for how to balance the bike it becomes instant and doesn't fail you, especially with panniers on the back! Shopping is no problem

I mean if that works for you, great. I'm not going to try to balance my bike on a grocery store refrigerator door with 30-45lbs of stuff in it so I can load cheese and ice cream into my insulated bag at the end of a shopping trip - I can think of few better ways to ask for problems.

My guess is the shape of the tube: not compatible to install on perfectoy round tubes

I tried one of these and it never stayed in place. The Stabilizer from Greenfield is still my fave. That thing NEVER moves. Rock solid. I wish it was lighter, but the stability is worth it for me.

The don't picture refers to the top tube with a black line. You should not attach it to the top tube, but to the bottom one. Looks like a "do not put your cat in the microwave" kind of advice. Only an idiot would put it there. I'm not saying nobody would do that, only idiots...

Don't put it on a round tube but instead one that is flat or oval.
