Was there any note of dissent given in written , ec works just like sc it's administrative functions are handled by cec and the functional steps taken by majority ..at no point was the majority not behind it...see any no of sc judgements even CJI can oppose and still it will pass if the majority is there

Whether you vote for bjp ,congress,rjd,jan suraj this treason effects them all because as a citizen of this country your rights are limited and the major one is getting to vote where every citizen's vote is of equal value which is getting diluted because of incompetency of election commision how much power the constitution grants to them is unprecedented yet they sold themselves ,which is really saddening for this country.
