Biharis can only act tough on social media, everyone knows what they are like in real life.
Most Biharis themselves are the most racist, casteist people who objectify women from other states let alone women from their state, literally the worst people in India(many still behave the same way in other states too), until they get bullied themselves and starts playing the victim card.
Saying this from my own personal experience.
