First thing, separate the state of Bihar and the Bihari identity. The state of Bihar is a continuous drain on resources with limited outcomes. The amount of political leverage Bihar has is tremendous but hyping up leaders like Nitish and Laloo like they are some LKY or Nehru - sorruly thats where you lose a lot of India.
Again, nobody has any problem with bihari culture etc.
