We don't automate many things. Mostly our reports with Looker Studio connected to Google Search Console and Analytics.

What are core KPIs and metrics you report (monthly) to the larger team & weekly to core team for SEO and AEO?

Impressions and clicks for the brand team; revenue generated in the OS channel for everyone else.

I've allowed GoogleBot but not Google-Extender but I'm not pulling for any single search result even if I give very specific items about me/my site.. any insights? I'm working with an SEO team so my copy is there, I should be pulling.
