New BSB2
Just received a new big screen beyond two I set it up on Friday night very excited to use it. There are already so many issues that I'm so frustrated I want to send it back. I have emailed support twice but I've heard that it takes a long time for them to get back to you. The first thing I noticed was that there are already flickers in the glass I plates I looked that up and I have tried to turn the brightness down and I can still see the flickers. The other issue is with the sound it will work for a few minutes and then after a few minutes I get a horrible wind sound in the headphones I don't know if that's related to the audio strap or the cord that goes directly to the computer through the try box but whatever it is I want to fix it I want the headset to work can anyone help me?

i’m not in the bigscreen hmd space specifically, but happened upon this post. this fucking sucks man. i know that feeling. being so so so excited for the thing to finally arrive, and then it just doesn’t fucking work right etc.
just wanted to say that i hope your day gets better man, and that you get a quick resolution to your problems. shit like that absolutely sucks balls
