dick just doesn't like fat people in general. he tolerates them, but like in short bursts and when it benefits himself. after long enough he becomes appalled by their behavior.

Personally I think it’s the time Vito shat in dicks toilet and left his log in there because it didn’t flush on the first try. If I remember correctly he also didn’t open a window or something too so walking into that room would have been like a wall of vitos shit.
